Join us as we examine fresh case studies, peer-based problem-solving sessions, and leading insight from Harvard faculty and researchers.
As a surge of transformative forces rapidly shape the world, leaders are facing an operating environment that is not only more volatile and complex, but also ripe for new business models and methods of creating value. For forward-thinking Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) and Chief Operating Officers (COOs), this is the time to seize opportunity for reinvention and growth.
At the heart of this reinvention and growth is the imperative for adaptive and autonomous supply chains. These future-ready supply chains will harness data and real-time insights to respond quickly and efficiently to shifting market demands, evolving consumer expectations, and external disruptions. By continuously learning and reconfiguring, they will enable resilience, speed, and reliability, while freeing up human capacity to focus on innovation and strategic problem-solving.
To accomplish this, leaders will be called upon to develop new organizational capabilities and cultural competencies within the firm and across an ecosystem of partners and suppliers, as well as mobilize people and teams to turn bold strategies into reality.
To prepare CSCOs and COOs for this future, the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard and Leadership for a Networked World, in collaboration with Accenture, will host the 2025 Supply Chain and Operations Reinvention Summit: An Adaptive and Autonomous Future. This premier learning experience, held from June 10–12 at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, will equip leaders with the insights and tools to drive supply chain and operations reinvention.
What Summit attendees can expect - The Summit is a chance to step away from everyday responsibilities and explore ideas with peers in an intimate setting. Programming focuses on personal enrichment and practical approaches for CSCOs and COOs to:
